1. Information We Collect
When you use BlueTech, we collect the following information:
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo provided through Google OAuth sign-in.
- Business information: Organization name, industry type, services, pricing, and staff details you enter into the platform.
- Customer data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your customers who book through the platform.
- Booking data: Appointment dates, times, services selected, and booking status.
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the BlueTech business management platform.
- Process bookings, manage customer data, and generate business insights.
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, invite notifications, payment receipts).
- Improve and optimize the platform based on usage patterns.
- Communicate important updates about your account or the service.
3. Google OAuth
We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google services. Your Google password is never shared with us.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables. This ensures that each organization can only access its own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed to client-side code.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery.
- Vercel: Application hosting.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your organization data within 30 days. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
