1. Service Description

BlueTech provides an AI-powered business management platform that includes booking management, customer relationship tools, staff management, analytics dashboards, and automated communications. The platform is accessible via web at bluetechapp.com and is hosted on Vercel with data stored on Supabase.

2. Account Registration

To use BlueTech, you must sign in using a Google account. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of BlueTech, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
  • Provide accurate business and customer information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding customer data collection and communication.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

4. Payment Terms

BlueTech offers monthly subscription plans starting at $150/month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Starter: $150/month
  • Professional: $250/month
  • Enterprise: $500/month

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will send a notification to your registered email address. If payment remains unresolved for 14 days, your account will be automatically suspended. Suspended accounts lose access to the dashboard and booking features. Service will be restored upon successful payment.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be suspended. You may request full data deletion within 30 days of cancellation by contacting us.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlueTech is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
